Richard, who is based in our German sales office has been with us for 2.5 years during which he developed a deep understanding
of our materials and the way they are used by our customers. His knowledge in material and adhesive science has made him
a well-respected and trusted resource to our customers. They appreciate his capability to offer solutions to technical enquiries
and concerns aligned to their individual processes.
The move to Technical Service Manager underpins the importance of this role for more customer satisfaction and for carrying the Voice
of the Customer and the Market into the company. New business opportunities derive from his input and help to secure the future
growth of the business. Elevating the role to manager also credits the company’s ambition to push GTS’s reputation for its technical
capabilities and customer support.
